My English Speech

I gave a speech in English about my favorite book, Madol Doova by Martin Wickramasinghe. It was an exciting experience, and I’d love to share what I talked about in my speech and why this book means so much to me.

Madol Doova is one of the best books I’ve ever read. It’s a story about friendship, adventure, and growing up. The main character, Upali, and his friend Jinna decide to live on a deserted island and face many challenges together. The book is full of fun, courage, and lessons about life, which makes it unforgettable.

The Storyline : I gave a brief summary of how Upali’s adventurous spirit and his strong bond with Jinna make the story so interesting.

The Author: I mentioned how Martin Wickramasinghe is a legendary Sri Lankan writer and how Madol Doova is one of his most famous works
